This is so much fun!
Well, I know it is not my day
BUT
I had one handle left and thought let's try it again!
I now have a new tip for you, LOL!!
When you get your purse shell done, DO NOT do what I did: I stitched a very small stitch all around the upper edge thinking it would be easier to slip into the handle.
NOPE!
But I am going to show you anyway. This is for my sister and I know she will love it regardless of the showing stitching.
Now, why not visit these blogs and see what they have created.

So cute! Your sister will love it!,
I love when bloggers show they 'oops' - we all do them, so why hide it. Love the ruby slippers!
thanks for that tip. I haven't made one yet but I need all the tips I can get. turned out cute though.
Welllll lookie here..another squeezed out of you...fabulous....and the red and yellow..absolutely smashing....way to go JANE...
Color the thread with a sharpie!
How cute that you used Dorothy's ruby slippers for this purse! I also love your chubby rose purse. Very sweet!! Thank you for the tip. I have these purse frames. should try it sometime :)
Your sister will love it - stitches or not.
I love that fabric. I think I would use a stitch ripper to remove the stitches that show, but it looks beautiful as is too.
I dont think she will even notice and I love the ruby slippers!!
This one is as charming as your first. Your sister will love it. She'll think you are very clever.:)
I love it and who cares about the stitches but thanks for the tip. I have one frame and another one coming.
